Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer (ServiceNow - CSDM).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with team workload and manage tickets in ServiceNow
- Identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiency
- Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field
- 4 - 6 years of related experience or equivalent experience
- Master's Degree in computer science, information systems, or similar field preferred
- Proficient in ServiceNow and experienced with CSDM
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis
