Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment of permanent Team Member roles
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to acquire top talent
  • Provide hiring managers with updates on applicant activity and requisition status

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition roles
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with various management styles
  • Expert knowledge of employment law, recruiting compliance, and corporate recruitment practices
