- Serve as a trusted TA business partner, collaborating with hiring managers on recruitment strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes and enhance candidate experience
- Support day-to-day operations and lead special projects to improve Talent Acquisition practices
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience across multiple disciplines
- Experience with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Proven ability to understand organizational issues and manage change
- Demonstrated cross-cultural competency and collaboration skills
