Key Responsibilities

• Drive the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidates through the offer negotiation process
• Act as a talent advisor to hiring managers by developing recruitment strategies and providing market intelligence
• Implement effective sourcing strategies and ensure a superior hiring manager and candidate experience

• Proven recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience hiring for various roles, including software engineering and support
• In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated experience in talent advising using data to influence hiring decisions
