Senior Technical Integrations Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Integrations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with campus partners to establish connectivity and provide documentation and guidance throughout the integration process
- Analyze complex datasets to ensure accurate configurations and manage project timelines while keeping stakeholders informed
- Provide professional support for escalated integration issues and contribute to process improvements based on customer feedback
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience with product integrations in EdTech platforms and technical customer support
- Proven experience managing end-to-end integration processes
- Experience configuring learning tools within major learning management systems (LMS)
- Familiarity with student information systems (SIS) is a plus
