Senior Technical Lead - Cybersecurity

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier 3 MSP Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues across various systems and infrastructures
• Mentor and support Tier 1 and 2 technicians, guiding the team's evolution
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and lead key customer projects including cloud migrations and security rollouts

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of deep MSP experience, with exposure to MSSP environments preferred
• Strong technical expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and networking
• Hands-on cybersecurity experience including risk assessments and endpoint protection
• Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, Python) and automation tools
• Experience with industry-leading MSP tools such as Autotask and Datto RMM
