Senior Technical Lead - IT & Cybersecurity

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier 3 MSP Engineer to lead technical initiatives and enhance cybersecurity practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues across various systems and infrastructure
• Mentor Tier 1 and 2 technicians while guiding the team's evolution
• Lead customer projects, conduct risk assessments, and integrate automation and AI tools

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of deep MSP experience, with exposure to MSSP environments preferred
• Strong technical expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and networking
• Hands-on experience in cybersecurity, including risk assessments and vulnerability management
• Familiarity with scripting and automation workflows, including PowerShell and Python
• Experience with industry-leading MSP tools such as Autotask, Datto RMM, and IT Glue
