Senior Trading Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trading Operations Senior Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Equity and Options Trading Operations team
• Create and improve upon a world-class execution platform and assist in the Firm's Best-Execution Program
• Monitor order flow, resolve client trade escalations, and create/update policies and procedures as needed

Required Qualifications

• FINRA Licenses: Series 7, Series 57, Series 24, Series 63, and Series 4 (within 6 months)
• Experience with front and back end processes for trading lifecycle (Equity and Options)
• Experience in SQL and relationship management with executing counterparties
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of team building and growth opportunities
• Prior experience with Financial or FINTech startups and working with international clients
