Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Value Based Programs Analyst to support Market and Provider partners by ensuring accurate PCP Panels, Membership, and Processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Focus on value-based strategies related to the administration of value-based contracts
- Support markets in all value-based contract administration strategies through engagement and analytical support
- Capture, analyze, and manage data from various sources while providing project management support for key initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of data analysis experience
- 1+ years of healthcare provider data experience
- Advanced experience in developing SQL queries
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite experience, particularly in MS Excel
- Financial and business acumen with the ability to contextualize data
