Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Vice President, Health Care Economics.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of analytical healthcare executives to optimize value-based care program performance
- Direct the development and execution of strategic plans for VBC forecasting, valuation, and financial management
- Provide analytical support for VBC operations and manage the budget to align with financial objectives
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree (PhD, FSA/ASA, or Master's) in a quantitative field related to healthcare economics
- Minimum of 15 years of experience managing analytics teams in complex healthcare organizations
- Expertise in CMS MSSP/REACH and managed care VBC program design and performance analysis
- Proven success in financial planning, forecasting, and VBC program valuation in a publicly traded environment
- Hands-on proficiency with analytical tools and programming languages such as SAS, SQL, and R
