Senior Watch Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Watch Officer (Night Shift).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee tactical operations of the SOC during assigned shifts and manage incident processes
• Conduct regular quality assurance and auditing activities to ensure high performance standards
• Mentor team members and maintain strong communication with customers regarding SOC operations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in an information security role, preferably in a SOC
• Experience in Offensive and Defensive Security, with knowledge of Cloud Security
• Proficiency in Windows OS and familiarity with ELK stack and scripting/programming (Powershell, Python, Go)
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, and M365 services
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities within security operations
