Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the key point of contact to support various initiatives, understanding client/business needs and recommending appropriate solutions
  • Ensure data solutions/integrity/accuracy and operations processes meet client/business needs
  • Collaborate with other teams/functions in the development and implementation of business processes/programs/initiatives

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, operations, data management, computer science, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and SharePoint/Teams
  • Ability to lead/implement continuous improvement changes and thrive in a changing environment
  • Strong project management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects or tasks effectively
  • Strong critical thinking, learning agility, and problem-solving abilities
