Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Operations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the key point of contact to support various initiatives, understanding client/business needs and recommending appropriate solutions
- Ensure data solutions/integrity/accuracy and operations processes meet client/business needs
- Collaborate with other teams/functions in the development and implementation of business processes/programs/initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, operations, data management, computer science, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and SharePoint/Teams
- Ability to lead/implement continuous improvement changes and thrive in a changing environment
- Strong project management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects or tasks effectively
- Strong critical thinking, learning agility, and problem-solving abilities
