Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Product Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand product roadmaps and communicate updates to Customer Success teams
  • Initiate cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders across multiple departments
  • Inform Customer Success leads about product updates and ensure readiness across all CS functions
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years working in K-12 education with expertise in assessment, instructional pedagogy, and data analytics
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Product Development, and/or Project Management
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively initiate cross-functional collaboration
  • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365
