Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Product Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand product roadmaps and communicate updates to Customer Success teams
- Initiate cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders across multiple departments
- Inform Customer Success leads about product updates and ensure readiness across all CS functions
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years working in K-12 education with expertise in assessment, instructional pedagogy, and data analytics
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Product Development, and/or Project Management
- Demonstrated ability to proactively initiate cross-functional collaboration
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365
