Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Developer III.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain, support, and optimize the ServiceNow platform by analyzing requirements and implementing new features
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to address ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB gaps and manage user requests
Design and develop software applications, workflows, and configurations while providing troubleshooting support

Required Qualifications

4-year Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
15+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer/Lead supporting ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, HRSD, WSD, and SPM functions
Strong knowledge of SPM, ITSM, HRSD, ITAM, and ITOM modules
Experience with integrations to various systems and ServiceNow custom integrations
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer is a must
