Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Now Technical Architect.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on ServiceNow design and development expertise for consulting initiatives
- Configure and develop enhancements on the ServiceNow platform for ITSM and ITOM modules
- Migrate data and processes from legacy tools to ServiceNow and set up integrations with various systems
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of Service Now design and development experience
- ITIL v3 certification and Service Now certifications (System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist)
- Experience with custom integrations (REST/SOAP) and large-scale applications
- At least two full lifecycle Service Now implementations as a lead consultant
