Servicing QC Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Servicing QC Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure loans serviced comply with GSE, investor, and company requirements
- Review loan quality through internal QC reviews
- Stay updated on residential loan guidelines and communicate changes
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of servicing QC or regulatory compliance experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of investor and agency guidelines
- Familiarity with mortgage documents and processes
- Comfortable using financial and quantitative data
