Servicing QC Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Servicing QC Specialist responsible for conducting quality control reviews in mortgage servicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct loan level reviews for adherence to servicing guidelines and provide feedback
- Review federal and state laws and regulations, making recommendations to management
- Assist with process improvement activities and collaborate with departmental staff
Required Qualifications
