Job Summary

A company is looking for a Shared Administrator for the Heartland Region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate communication and tasks with Area Directors and Regional Office
  • Manage donor communications, maintain databases, and track donations
  • Administer events, including camp registrations and local fundraising activities
Required Qualifications
  • High school degree required; associate degree preferred
  • Previous administrative assistant experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Basic accounting skills
  • Familiarity with Workday, Salesforce, or Canva is advantageous
