  • Support customer retention and growth through sales and problem resolution

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • Knowledge of billing systems and sales processes
  • Experience in solution-based selling and account management
