Key Responsibilities

• Develop competency-based assessments to evaluate the knowledge and skills of applicants
• Provide expert recommendations on optimizing classification and assessment methodologies

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Social Media Management or a related field
• At least 7 years of professional experience in Social Media Management or a related field
• Experience in taxonomy and creating qualification tests
• Advanced level of English (C1) or above
• Ability to learn new methods and adapt to challenging guidelines
