Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer, Knowledge Informatics.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute and optimize data ETL processes and data engineering tasks
Develop user-friendly interfaces for data curation and maintenance tools in collaboration with end users
Enhance the efficiency of data and knowledge workflows to support internal data analysis, interpretation, and clinical reporting

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience
Proficiency in programming languages
Experience with ETL processes and data management in genomic and clinical contexts
Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and database management systems
Experience with DevOps practices such as unit testing and CI/CD is a plus
