Job Summary
A company is looking for a Solution Delivery Consultant to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support program call center with scheduling and coordinating installations and inspections of thermostats
- Develop and maintain budget tracking spreadsheets and manage invoicing/billing
- Assist with in-field outreach event planning and provide operational support for the team
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, or business operations
- Self-motivated and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel for financial tracking and analysis
- Experience in developing spreadsheets and systems for operational activities
- B.A. degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute for degree
