Job Summary
A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer / Consultant to assist with software onboarding and pre-sales consulting for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult and demo for new customers, delivering high-quality presentations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure customer use cases are met and maintain records in Salesforce/GuideCX
- Provide pre-sales solution design and implementation project plans to stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in customer-facing software implementation or related B2B SaaS roles
- Experience conducting client needs analysis and configuring software accordingly
- Technical understanding with the ability to investigate challenges quickly
- Experience with warehouse management systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar experience is a plus
