Job Summary

Develop and launch leadership development programming for executives and leaders at key transitions
Translate leadership development strategy into curated experiences across different modalities
Manage coaching strategy and execution, and oversee program evaluation and data tracking

Qualifications:

7-10+ years of Learning & Development, Training Program Management, or Leadership Development experience
Proven history of designing and managing complex programs
Experience integrating an inclusion and equity lens into curriculum design
Track record of effective partnerships with key stakeholders
Experience working in a fast-paced tech environment
