Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager in Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of a call center team to ensure performance metrics are met
- Collaborate with customers for open communication and issue resolution
- Identify and resolve issues with employees and recommend policy changes
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 7+ years of professional experience
- 3 or more years of people management experience
- Experience operating and supporting enterprise environments with 24x7x365 uptime requirements
- Experience running a multiple project mailroom operation
- Must be eligible for government clearance and be a U.S. citizen
