Job Summary
A company is looking for a Staff Accountant to join their Corporate Accounting Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closings
- Analyze financial data for trends and improvement opportunities for multiple practices
- Assist in preparing GAAP-compliant financial statements and support audits with required documentation
Required Qualifications
- B.S./B.A. in Accounting, Business, or Finance
- 2-4 years of accounting experience
- Intermediate MS Excel skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Workday or similar preferred)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
