Staff Backend Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement scalable backend services related to Role Based Access Control (RBAC)
• Drive collaboration across teams including software engineers, product managers, and designers
• Mentor and inspire a team of engineers while maintaining high-quality standards

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in scalable, multi-tenant environments
• 2+ years of experience tech-leading feature teams on customer-facing products
• Experience building and scaling access control systems such as RBAC, ReBAC, ABAC, etc
• Strong emphasis on testing and documentation
• Ability to communicate trade-offs throughout projects effectively
