Job Summary

A company is looking for an Adventures Lead to guide students through outdoor and leadership experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate transformational learning experiences through hands-on adventures and reflective discussions
• Plan and coordinate site-specific adventures, ensuring safety and logistical arrangements
• Communicate adventure details and track student participation and academic requirements

Required Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older
• Valid and current driver's license
• Outdoor and leadership experience, particularly with students in grades 6-12
• Current First Aid & CPR certification
• Excellent administrative skills, including planning and organizing
