Job Summary
A company is looking for a Select Associate Account Manager - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Account Manager in desk management and customer service for clients
- Assist in the renewal process, including creating applications and following up with clients and carriers
- Maintain relationships with clients and team members while managing policy information in agency management systems
Required Qualifications
- 1-5 years of Commercial Lines Retail Insurance Experience
- Possess a current and active Property & Casualty license
- Accurate data entry and excellent typing skills
- Ability to comply with all applicable company policies and procedures
- Familiarity with technology-based tools and solutions in support of small commercial lines business
