Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Advanced Practice for the FNP Program.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the Family Nurse Practitioner academic programs, ensuring alignment with academic rigor and policies
- Coordinate faculty development, mentoring programs, and maintain effective communication with faculty and staff
- Manage budgets, monitor faculty workload, and lead strategic planning for the FNP program
Required Qualifications
- Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner is required
- Must have a terminal degree (PhD, DNP, DNSc)
- 5-10 years of experience as faculty, including online experience
- 3-5 years of experience in leadership and coordination of academic units
- Ability to build and manage budgets
