Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contested Litigation Foreclosure Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the discovery process and ensure proper handling of confidential information
- Facilitate case settlements and collaborate with servicing business units for optimal outcomes
- Monitor vendor performance and maintain accurate records in the foreclosure tracking software
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, or State Certified Paralegal
- A minimum of five (5) years' experience in the Banking and/or Mortgage industries
- Two (2) years of Foreclosure experience
- Notary Public certification and prior management or leadership experience desired
