Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Medical Case Specialist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide telephonic medical case management and facilitate communication between employers, injured employees, healthcare providers, and claims professionals
- Coordinate care and treatment plans for injured workers, ensuring compliance with state rules and guidelines
- Maintain accurate case records and prepare reports on case progress for claims adjusters and management
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Five to seven years of experience in telephonic case management, with at least two years in workers compensation insurance
- CCMC or CCM certification preferred
- Compact state license preferred
