Job Summary

A company is looking for a Doctor of Optometry for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

Examine patients in the states where licensed using remote technology
Communicate with patients through specialized video conference technology
Analyze eye health and generate prescriptions for eyeglasses or contact lenses with support from an Ophthalmic Technician

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

State licensed Doctor of Optometry
Ability to work as an Independent Contractor
Experience with tele-optometry is preferred
Multiple state licenses are a plus
Willingness to undergo credentialing and training as needed
