Job Summary

A company is looking for a Surveillance Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct investigative field staff to ensure completion of investigations for various insurance claims
  • Maintain a performance-oriented business unit by managing training, evaluations, and resource assignments
  • Conduct quality control reviews of investigative work and manage assigned cases until closing
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in criminal justice or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of two years of experience managing surveillance investigations
  • At least three years of supervisory experience strongly preferred
  • Private investigator's license or eligibility for licensing in appropriate state(s)
  • Ability to travel periodically as needed
