STEM Design and Delivery Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Design and Delivery Specialist, STEM (fixed-term).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and adapt professional development assets for various educational leaders to meet regional needs
• Support and train regional PD teams to enhance their understanding and delivery of professional development
• Assess and improve the effectiveness of professional development sessions based on participant feedback

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3+ years of PreK-8 classroom teaching experience
• Minimum of 2+ years designing and facilitating professional development for PreK-8 educators
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and best practices in mathematics instruction
• Proficiency in instructional and visual design, along with technology-based productivity tools
• Able to travel for onsite and in-person meetings (approx 10%)
