Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Account Representative for Health Systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct account maintenance calls and execute contract business plans
  • Drive customer satisfaction indicators and sell products as allowed by customer agreements
  • Support customer onboarding and introduce new products based on corporate directives
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in client/customer management
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience managing customer procurement with supply chain teams preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 4-year degree preferred
  • Must be authorized to work in the US; sponsorship is not available
