Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Account Representative for Health Systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct account maintenance calls and execute contract business plans
- Drive customer satisfaction indicators and sell products as allowed by customer agreements
- Support customer onboarding and introduce new products based on corporate directives
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in client/customer management
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience managing customer procurement with supply chain teams preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; 4-year degree preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the US; sponsorship is not available
