Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Client Partner to maintain and build executive-level relationships with health plan accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and build relationships with health plan clients while refining business strategies for customer service excellence
• Manage staff resources, including recruitment and training, to meet business needs and foster innovation
• Provide strategic recommendations and reports on market, client, and staff developments to enhance efficiencies

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of operations experience and one year managing a team
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Health Care Management, or related field preferred
• Certification in Account Management or Project Management preferred
• Experience in overseeing and managing teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
