Strategy Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Strategy & Special Projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft recommendations and implementation plans for CHAI's five-year strategy and present to senior leadership
• Scope potential new program areas through research and funding landscape evaluation
• Develop communication materials and support stakeholder relationships to secure funding for programs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in qualitative and quantitative research and presenting findings to senior stakeholders
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Superb communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Experience working in or supporting low- and middle-income countries is an advantage
