Student Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Engagement Specialist II who will develop and deliver student engagement programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and deliver student engagement and outreach programs
• Address student membership retention and support future staffing needs of employers
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and impact

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, education, organizational behavior, or related business discipline; Master's degree preferred
• 5 or more years of experience in an academic setting in an administration or program leadership capacity
• Extensive knowledge of student and academic culture in higher education
• Experience in not-for-profit organizations and global expertise beneficial
• Proven experience in multi-cultural or multi-lingual environments; international experience a plus
