Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Financial Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot account issues regarding payments, student aid, and financial arrangements
Work with new and current students to ensure payment/aid is in place
Respond to inbound calls, e-mails, and initiate outbound communication to students regarding financial aid and student account concerns

Required Qualifications:

Desire to develop client relationships and provide excellent customer service
Ability to process multiple tasks and a wide variety of constituent issues
Proficiency in a computer environment and handling confidential information with integrity
Bachelor's degree preferred
Committed follower of Jesus Christ with a strong sense of calling to the ministry of the organization
