Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Loan Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students in managing their loan obligations and promote financial literacy
• Evaluate and revise default management procedures for schools
• Contact delinquent students to resolve loan issues and minimize default rates

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years' experience in collections for service industry
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Knowledge of financial aid process
• Ability to write narrative reports
