Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Success Manager- MSP

Key Responsibilities:

Advise and guide students on career and program interests, enrollment, and graduation
Provide financial guidance, support onboarding, and ensure student progression
Orient students on admissions requirements, academic policies, and available resources

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Education, Psychology, or Communications
Minimum of 3 years of relevant counseling/advising experience
Proficiency in technology platforms like Cvue, SRM, CampusLogic, Brightspace
Knowledge of FERPA regulations and online education platforms
Enrollment in a degree-seeking program for candidates without a degree
