Supplier Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supplier Specialist I to support vendor enrollment activities and facilitate electronic payment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls to vendors and address their concerns regarding payment acceptance
• Maintain and update vendor data in CRM and spreadsheets, monitoring enrollment status
• Gather payment instructions and required information for the AgentPay team

Required Qualifications and Education:

• 6 months of relevant customer support experience
• High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
• Positive attendance record in academic and/or prior work history
• Prior work experience in a remote or work-from-home environment preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
