Supply Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supply Management Specialist III.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Engineering Change Management (ECM) process for timely design changes and product improvements
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and suppliers to enhance performance
• Drive supply chain deliverables and lead continuity of supply through continuous improvement and risk mitigation

Required Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Supply Management processes, including sourcing and negotiations
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment or ability to learn new processes quickly
• Experience in areas such as strategic sourcing, supplier development, and cost reduction
• Supply Chain experience and familiarity with SAP
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
