Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Coordinator-5 in a remote location in Florida.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling calls from members and providers for benefit questions, appointments, and care plans
  • Documenting accurate member information and managing a large caseload
  • Communicating member issues effectively and escalating calls when necessary

Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • Language preferences in Spanish, Russian, French, Creole, Mandarin, Cantonese
  • Experience in managed care or healthcare industry in a Call Center or Care/Case Management Department
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
