Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Engineer to resolve customer issues and collaborate with engineering and support teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd level support for platform tickets and offer 3rd level insights when necessary
- Read and understand complex application code to implement fixes for support issues
- Document complaint reports and troubleshooting steps while managing escalated platform issues
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience as a Software Engineer coding in JavaScript (Node.js) or similar language
- 1 year of experience creating or using microservices and RESTful APIs
- 1 year of experience working with Agile methodologies and Continuous Delivery/Continuous Integration (CD|CI)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Conversational fluency in English
