Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Service Product Specialist for emPower Cruise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for inquiries and issue resolution related to Centralization Desk programs and AgentMate CRM
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address partner issues, commission payments, and provide proactive support and education to travel professionals
  • Oversee onboarding of new agencies and maintain accurate documentation of member interactions in Salesforce
Required Qualifications
  • Associate Degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service
  • Over 3 years of experience in the travel industry, particularly with travel agencies
  • Experience in the cruise industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce
