Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Service Product Specialist for emPower Cruise.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for inquiries and issue resolution related to Centralization Desk programs and AgentMate CRM
- Collaborate with internal teams to address partner issues, commission payments, and provide proactive support and education to travel professionals
- Oversee onboarding of new agencies and maintain accurate documentation of member interactions in Salesforce
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service
- Over 3 years of experience in the travel industry, particularly with travel agencies
- Experience in the cruise industry
- Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce
