Talent Development Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Development Operations Specialist who will oversee the systems and operations of the global Talent Development function.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to implement and administer talent programs that support organizational performance
• Oversee day-to-day operations of Talent Development programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Design and deliver global training resources to drive Talent Development initiatives across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in organizational development, talent management, or learning & development
• Expertise in managing talent management systems, particularly Workday
• Exceptional change management capabilities and comfort with ambiguity
• A passion for customer experience and societal change
