Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Implementation Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to understand their business needs and build long-term trust
- Analyze clients' existing systems and recommend appropriate solutions
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the client experience
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in an implementation or business consulting environment for Talent Acquisition and/or Talent Management
- At least 2 years of experience with relevant HR and Talent Management products
- Strong client relationship skills with the ability to influence and guide clients
- Ability to recognize project risks and partner with the team to mitigate them
- Demonstrated learning agility and critical thinking skills
