Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement new talent management programs and processes
• Collaborate with the People Team to develop solutions that provide measurable value
• Research industry best practices and recommend improvements to talent practices and programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development/Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
• 5+ years of related experience in human resources or talent management
• Experience in organizational development, change management, or project management preferred
• Ability to create and deliver presentation materials effectively
• Experience managing vendor relationships and leading cross-functional project teams
