- Create and implement new talent management programs and processes
- Collaborate with the People Team to develop solutions that provide measurable value
- Research industry best practices and recommend improvements to talent practices and programs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development/Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- 5+ years of related experience in human resources or talent management
- Experience in organizational development, change management, or project management preferred
- Ability to create and deliver presentation materials effectively
- Experience managing vendor relationships and leading cross-functional project teams
